Hyde Park

Hyde Park is one of the largest parks (~350 acres) in Central London, and it's just 5 minutes walk from my place! No picture of the park yet as i haven't really went into it. Was passing by to get to High Street Kensington to buy things and saw this Buddha-look-alike sculpture:

On closer look, it's actually Prince Albert, commissioned by Queen Victoria in memory of her beloved husband who died of typhoid in 1861. You may see more pictures of the park area here.

Red buses along Hyde Park...

Will explore the park tomorrow (I think)...and a good time to ponder upon Man's relationship with Nature for my abstract Ethics module.
